Invest in Jeffco Schools Foundation to Support Jeffco Students, Schools, and Our District

The Jeffco Schools Foundation is a key partner to Jeffco Public Schools. Our District serves 84,000 students across 155 schools. We support students across our District in a variety of ways. We are sharing an opportunity for you to support us on May 5 – Giving Tuesday! This is a global day of giving and this is a time where we need community contributions to continue to support our students, schools, and our District.

Jeffco Schools Foundation supports quality programming K-12. We invest in:

• Early literacy interventions for our youngest readers
• STEM pathways starting in the elementary grades and progressing through high school
• District arts programming
• Teacher training and professional development
• And so much more.

Because of the generosity of our Jeffco community, in very recent weeks we have been able to immediately, flexibly, and meaningfully support students and families facing loss of income, loss of food resources, and loss of access to learning. Over the last several weeks we have:

• Directly supported nearly 40 schools and over 1,500 students to purchase essentials such as groceries, gas, medication and cleaning supplies
• Offer internet to 300 low-income students to gain access to learning through providing them with in-home internet
• Support our District to purchase needed devices to ensure all Jeffco learners can access learning while we are unable to access our physical schools.
